Online service open to apply for a study or a social advancement grants 2024-2025

The Department of Education, Youth and Sport of the Prince’s Government wishes to inform those interested in applying for a study or a social advancement grants for the academic year 2024–2025 that applications can now be submitted on the MonGuichet.mc portal.

To be eligible for a study or a social advancement grants, the applicants must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Be a Monegasque national, the spouse of a Monegasque national, a foreign national dependent of a Monegasque national, a foreign national or orphan dependent of a Government or Commune official, an employee of a public institution or a French authority based in the Principality in accordance with a Treaty for at least five years, having worked or retired (this category does not apply to Social advancement grants), or a foreign national who has resided in Monaco for at least ten years, consecutively
  • Be under 28 years of age for study grants. This age condition must not be reached before 31 December of the year of application. From the age of 28, students must not interrupt their studies to continue to benefit from this scheme
  • Be under 50 years of age at the time the application is submitted, for a social advancement grants

Deadline  

Applications must be submitted online:

  • Before 2pm the last Friday of September for study grants
  • Before the start date of the training course for social advancement grants

A paper application remains available and can be picked up at the Department of Education, Youth and Sport (Avenue de l’Annonciade, Monaco) or by sending a request to denjs@gouv.mc.
